1. Collection, processing and storage of data: with respect to the processing of data of a personal nature, in the event of information being obtained by Cosentino, S.A. that is deemed to be of such nature, we inform you that the person concerned (as defined in Organic Law 15/99, on the Protection of Personal Data) shall be free to supply or refuse to supply such data as may be required in connection with the subscription or registration for one of the services offered by Cosentino, S.A., or through the current website.

Cosentino, S.A. shall collect personal data in an appropriate, relevant and non-excessive manner, for a specific, explicit and legitimate purpose, and shall in all cases refrain from using any unlawful, unfair or fraudulent means to gain such information. The aforementioned data shall be incorporated into already existing computer files held and managed by Cosentino, S.A.

2. Rights
Prior to the collection of data, Cosentino, S.A. shall inform you explicitly, precisely and unequivocally of the existence of such file and its purpose, rights of access, rectification and cancellation, and the identity and address of the controller, or their representative.

To exercise such rights, you should contact the Departamento de Promoción (Advertising Department) by sending an email to promocion@cosentino.es; or through a written request, signed and addressed to Cosentino, S.A. (Departamento de Promoción) Ctra. Baza-Huercal Overa Km 59, Cantoria (Almería).

Such a request should contain the following information: name and surname(s) of the natural person whose details might have been collected, company to which such person belongs, address for correspondence, photocopy of National ID card and statement explicitly setting out such request. In the case of representation by proxy, evidence should be supplied to support such fact in the form of a certifiable document.

With respect to the consent required of the person concerned, this should be granted in an unequivocal manner, and may be revoked at any time.

3. Levels of security
Cosentino, S.A. has adopted various levels of security regarding the protection of personal data as provided by law, establishing all technical means and measures required to prevent alteration, loss, misuse, unauthorised access or theft of same. The person concerned should, however, bear in mind that any measures taken on line are not impregnable.

4. Transfer of data to third parties
Should Cosentino, S.A. have the intention of transferring data on the person concerned to a third party, such person would be notified in advance of such circumstance so that they might consent or refuse to consent to such action, with such notice being accompanied by information disclosing the identification of the company transferring such information and the third party receiving it, the type of activities to which such assignee is devoted, and the purpose for which such transfer is effected.

5. Use of cookies
Cosentino, S.A. will use cookies when the interested party browses pages of the current website. The cookies are only linked to your computer; they do not carry any data that might lead to the deduction of the name of the person concerned, nor do they enable any data on the hard drive of such person's computer to be read, or cookies from third parties to be detected. They merely serve to enable Cosentino, S.A. to recognise the person concerned once they have registered to avoid the need for them to register again each time they visit the website. The cookies are valid while a session is open and destroyed once the website is abandoned.
